Strategic Marketing and Communication Director
Describe your function in Manufactures Février.
Our primary function is to serve as a reliable internal partner for the different companies in the group. I see us as a football midfielder. We play a transversal role to create connections between the businesses. From marketing audits to the development of strategies, positioning and lines of communication, and from sales to customer service, our goal is to produce methods and tools that will facilitate the work of our sales teams and better showcase our teams' expertise.
We are lucky to have a highly involved president who makes it possible for us to implement a responsible, holistic marketing strategy. We work closely with the various departments of each entity, with whom we develop joint recommendations that are integrated into the group's overall strategy. From the production of our products or services to their market launch, we believe in the virtues of socially responsible, transparent economic ambition.
Our ultimate goal is to successfully create relationships of trust based on win-win propositions for our customers, partners and employees. It is in part by investing in ambitious strategies, such as "100% Made in France" production with the aim of preserving certain jobs within the territory, partnerships with adapted companies for some of our products, or the creation of an action fund to promote education and culture for all, that we can demonstrate who we are as a company and as a social actor. This requires us to work closely with our ecosystem, both internally and externally: the sales and marketing teams for each business, product development, operations, design and engineering offices, partners, institutions and major accounts. Strategic marketing sits at the crossroads of all of the group's activities, for our customers' benefit, enabling them to properly comprehend the value we add to their own purchasing and savings objectives.
Our strength is a result of the merger of 8 activities, all of which operate in highly competitive markets. Our group committee's analysis consisted of asking: if we were to bring together these various activities, would all of the services resonate with market expectations? And the answer is yes. Our group has a true competitive advantage: a hub of competencies and expertise that offers centralized access to complementary, relevant products and services for all of our customers, whether professionals (companies and manufacturers), municipalities (public administrations) or individuals.
What does your product and service offering include ?
We have 3 main branches of activity: LM Design, which represents the "creation of interior materials" sector: designer floor coverings, wooden furniture including chairs, tables, partitions, wood veneer for walls and intelligent LED lighting. LMF Industries, through whom we offer robotics, mechanical engineering and energy performance solutions for all kinds of production chains, including high-level maintenance contracts and SLAs, and LMF Environnement, which helps our clients go further in renovating their interiors or industrial parks by carrying out energy efficiency work that we can partially or fully finance.
What other offerings are you developing ?
We recently developed LMF Services to assist entities making use of our services in promoting their interior renovation or energy efficiency projects.
With LMF Productions, we provide our customers with the opportunity to create a corporate film to promote their practices internally and externally. We can also provide operational support for their communication actions, namely by printing their graphic elements: flyers, brochures, leaflets, banners, XXL photos, or by organizing events (seminars or company parties). We have the privilege of working in a space that is over 2700 m2 large in the heart of Paris, and of using our own photo-video studio; we are pleased to be able to pass on these advantages to some of our customers. Thanks to our president, Manufactures Février is a highly engaged group with a strong, sincere CSR policy that focuses on workplace quality of life and peaceful coexistence. We practice and believe in responsible marketing, for the benefit of all of our stakeholders. We are convinced that it is a virtuous approach that produces long-lasting results.
